Hi, I'm Britta,
your personal trainer

My story

I’m Britta, a running addict turned personal trainer. I started my running journey over 20 years ago with short 20 minute runs that felt very hard and endless. I’ve since totally fallen in love with the sport and sports in general. It’s exciting to see what our bodies are capable of if we give them the right training and mental approach. I like a challenge so while the marathon and half marathon are still my favourites, I’ve started with trail running and triathlon – and the swim feels as hard and is as humbling as running felt all those years ago!

Now as a personal trainer I want to use my experience and help you feel stronger and reach your goals, no matter where you are at now and how high you are dreaming. Every client es unique, and it’s exciting to hear your story and see your process and progress, supporting you in getting where you want to go. I’ll be there with and for you along your journey.

My training philosophy

I believe that movement and exercising do not only benefit your body but your whole being and health. It makes you feel better and gives you confidence and the freedom to try new and excitings things.

I want you to enjoy the training (even if we sweat and suffer a bit!) so I mix up my sessions, adapt them to your current level and needs and make sure they support your goal.

My experience

With my own experience in running and strength training, I can help you push your limits and reach your objectives.

I love sports and movement, especially running, and the freedom it gives me. I want you to experience the same: Feel stronger and fitter in sports and in your life.

Training as a woman

Training approaches and studies have always been done mostly on men but new research has shown that we need to train different as a woman – especially from our mid 30ies on, when our hormones start to change.

My training focuses on making women of all ages fit and strong to keep you feeling great and healthy. We women are not smaller versions, so we need to train differently to reach our goals.
