About me
My name is Britta, and I became a personal trainer to help others reach their running and fitness goals. Running is my big passion (one that started over 20 years ago) and I will always love racing, from 5K to the marathon. I’ve had some injuries on the way which made me discover the importance of strength training – to support life-long running but also life-long strength.
I’m lucky to accompany my clients along the way to reach their different goals – it’s exciting to see their progress and help them get where they want to go, be it getting fitter, improving their running technique and times, or just feeling stronger and healthier.
