Personal Training: Get stronger and improve your running

At RunStrongBCN, we will train you to be stronger in your runs and in your life. Personal training means we will train 1 on 1 (or come with a partner or friend for 1 on 2) so that I can personalise the training plan to your goals and your life.

My clients have different objectives – from increasing muscle mass and improving run times in their next 10K or (half) marathon to just gaining a better level of fitness and health and preventing injuries. I will keep you motivated and support you in your journey. No matter your current level and needs, your training plan will be personalised to where you are at and where you want to go. And if your goals or life circumstances change along the way, we will adapt your plan to whatever comes up. 

Personalised strength training

If you want to increase your strength, gain muscle mass or get those more defined muscles, my training is designed to help you reach your strength goals.

From avoiding back pain, improving posture or just feeling stronger, fitter and healther – each session will be adapted to your physical situation and your objectives.

Specific strength training for runners

Improve your running technique and your race times with training sessions that are made with runners’ needs in mind.

These sessions focus on working on technique and imbalances to avoid injuries and improve your performance. We will get those running muscles strong so you can feel more powerful and efficient in your next race.

Training after your 30ies, especially for women: Gain and maintain muscle mass

It’s mean but it’s life: From our mid 30ies on, we will gradually lose muscle mass if we don’t work to gain and maintain it. And this is not only important for looking and keeping strong but also for health and longevity.

I will customise the plan not only to your fitness level and goals, but also to where you are in your life – in terms of work, family and your hormonal situation, from breastfeeding mums to perimenopause to postmenopause.

Each training plan includes an assessment to see where you are at and what your needs and objectives are. Plus, to maximise your results, I offer continuous support during your strength and fitness journey.

We will train in a quiet part of Barceloneta with nice views of the sea (close to Desigual and the Hotel W).
